Payments are securely processed through authorized payment service providers, including Easebuzz. Barelove does not store complete payment card information.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Certain orders may be eligible for Cash on Delivery. Barelove reserves the right to restrict COD availability, require partial advance payment, or refuse COD service based on delivery location, order history, or operational considerations.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through Shipway and associated courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or operational disruptions. Barelove shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds shall be governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on the website.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
